Right after school that day, me, john, mc, lin de, shanwei, Joshua and mr wang met up that day to go to the apple seminar. So on the way to city hall, we were all talking and talking. So reaching city hall, we had went to burger king for lunch, really damn full…

Reaching SMU for the logic seminar, we saw mr cheong there. I heard about him working in apple already, but seeing him there was a surprise. So entering the conference hall, the conference hall did not feel like a concert hall, it felt like someone giving us a talk in a relaxed manner. With the good seats, high facilities, good sound system, I began to think, isn’t apple making a loss by not asking us to pay for the seminar?

So at the start, the speaker began his talk. Firstly, he started to talk on the music industry, how the music industry has changed… Before moving on to giving us a demo of the features of Logic 7. he had showed us how many loops there are in the jam packs and logic. And all together, they take up 30G of your hard disk space. Showing us the loops, plug-ins really marveled us with what you could do with loops. What blew us away was when had asked a recording artiste which he records for to perform. I think her name was shirlyn tan? Her voice was plain good, lots of power in it, totally woke us up and blew us away. The song that she had sung was called ‘revolution’ really good song, hoping to get it somehow.

So we went for dinner afterwards. Mr wang treated us to Kenny Rodgers at suntec. Really good dinner. Very full =) thanks mr wang! Then after that went home with mc and shanwei as we stayed in bishan. On the way talked a lot and at the same time had a lot of fun. Hope we could have done this more often ! don’t have a good camera phone, if not I would have posted pics.
